At Comfort Systems USA Southern Utah we provide all of your heating, air conditioning, ventilation and commercial refrigeration needs by some of St. George and Cedar City’s most knowledgeable technicians. In March of 2016 Comfort Systems USA merged with Cox Precision Air which brought Kerry & Tyler Cox onboard our team. The following year in July of 2017 Comfort Systems USA merged with KG Services which brought us Kevin & Kurtis Gardner. Kerry & Kevin are two of our most well-known and knowledgeable technicians. They bring with them decades of experience and loyal customers.
Comfort Systems USA Southern Utah is part of the second-largest HVAC company in the nation and has been installing heating and cooling systems for Utah residents for more than 50 years. Comfort Systems USA strives to uphold its reputation and expectations no matter if we are working in residential or commercial service. Kerry Cox
HVAC Technician
Meet Kerry Cox. Kerry began his HVAC career in 1982 and brings with him almost 40 years of expert knowledge and professionalism. Before joining Comfort Systems USA, Kerry had been servicing Washington county residents and business’s with his own HVAC company, Cox Precision Air, that merged with Comfort Systems USA in March of 2016. Kerry specializes in commercial refrigeration and servicing restaurant kitchen equipment.
Kevin Gardner
HVAC Technician
Meet Kevin Gardner. Kevin began his HVAC career in 1982 and brings with him almost 40 years of expert knowledge and experience. Before joining Comfort Systems USA, Kevin had been servicing Iron & Beaver counties with his own HVAC company, KG Services, that merged with Comfort Systems USA in July of 2017. Kevin specializes in commercial refrigeration and servicing restaurant kitchen equipment.
Tyler Cox
HVAC Technician
Meet Tyler Cox. Tyler has been with Comfort Systems USA since March of 2016 and brings with him over a decade of knowledge and experience in the HVAC industry. Tyler has worked in the HVAC industry for over 13 years and began his career working for his dad at Cox Precision Air which merged with Comfort Systems USA in March of 2016. Tyler specializes in servicing residential and commercial heating and air conditioning.
Chris Jordan
Project Manager
Meet Chris Jordan. Chris has been with Comfort Systems USA since October of 2022. Chris moved to Southern Utah from Iowa and has been in the HVAC industry since 2012. Chris’s previous experience in estimating and sales gives our operation a great advantage. He can help you get all of your HVAC needs met with cost effective solutions to maximize your comfort.
Kurtis Gardner

Meet Kurtis Gardner. Kurtis has been with Comfort Systems USA since July of 2017 and specializes in residential and commercial heating and air. Alongside his father Kevin, Kurtis has been trained and mentored to help solve all your HVAC needs.
Frank Pompe
LEAD INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN
Meet Frank Pompe. Frank has been with Comfort Systems USA since June of 2020 and specializes in home and commercial retro fit installations. Before joining Comfort Systems USA Frank worked in new construction and he specializes in the installation of energy and cost-efficient units. Frank brings with him lots of ambition and eagerness to learn new things.
Brian Baier

Meet Brian Baier. Brian joined Comfort Systems USA in May of 2023 and is our newest team member. Brian has worked in the HVAC industry for over 15 years and specializes in Commercial Heating and Cooling as well as in hydronics and boiler systems. Brian is very thorough in his approach and has an attitude of professionalism with every customer.
Heather Pectol Anderson
DISPATCHER
Meet Heather Pectol Anderson. Heather is our Southern Utah dispatcher who started with Comfort Systems USA March of 2021. She brings with her years of experience and expertise in the office and is highly trained to meet all of our dispatching and administrative needs. She has excellent customer service skills and works closely with our billing departments to ensure an excellent customer experience all the way through.
